Exchange & Replacement Policy

We offer exchange or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order in the following cases:

  • Incorrect color

  • Wrong size

  • Product not as expected or general dislike

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Valid proof of purchase (receipt) is required

Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return or refund within 7 days in case of:

  • Damaged or faulty product

  • Wrong item received

Important Notes:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Customer must share receipt or proof of purchase

  • Return claims are valid within 7 days of parcel receipt

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll contact you via phone or email to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

  • The amount will be credited to your provided bank account or payment method.

Note: Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.
